Present your proposals for amendments to the Constitution both here for all to see and at the link above for all to vote upon.
This web page is sorely needed. Another effort has also been started to discuss Constitutional changes. This effort launches a new Direct Democracy tool called the National Opinion Collection System ( NOCS ). This tool creates a process to capture ALL the comments of EVERY citizen about major social issues, elections and bills before congress. This effort is described at http://occupywallst.org/forum/occupytheconstitution-introduction

The 28th Amendment already sponsored by James "Jim" McGovern of Massachusetts on November 15, 2011 and introduced as the "People's Rights Movement J.J. Resolution 88, a proposal to limit the constitution's protections to the rights of natural persons, not corporations." Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the Untied States to clarify the authority of Congress and the United States to regulate corporations, limited liability companies,or other corporate entities established by the laws of any state, the United States, or any foreign state. Co-sponsored by 10 other members of Congress so far and referred to the House Subcommittee on 12/02/2011. This amendment would repeal 08-205, sponsored by( "Citizens United", a right-wing extremist PAC) that would abolish " corporate personhood" by a constitutional amendment and reinstate corporate charters, which is how corporations used to exist-on a temporary basis requiring renewal. The Supreme Court ruled that corporations were " persons" and could give unlimited amounts of contributions and money to persons running for political office. The voices of the people are being drowned and bought by special-interests and corporations, " the one man, one vote" rule that the founding fathers wrote into the Constitution has been torn apart by right-wing Supreme Court Justices and it's time that the people spoke and stand up for the rights of Americans and told the Supreme Court that corporations are not people and they cannot buy the elections or the politicians that are supposed to be representing us and not corporations!
I believe we go by UN charter now days. I know the courts do and only use the Constitution if they can twist it to their benefit.
Which Constitution?
Article 5 convention NOW! Before a convention convenes, there there logically must generally be the best possible communications between delegates. This started as the postal system.
Today we have TV and internet. Most Americans have TV, many have internet. At this message board is a post that has a preparatory set of amendments that empower a convention with the maximum constitutional intent. It also has state-by-state forums.

There is no way to properly proceed without dealing with the two issues listed there first.
Excuse me Ms. smarty pants. I want you to know that you and ows are complete morons. You haven't got the faintest idea of what you are protesting. If you really gave a shit about the 99%, you would pack your tent and shit, clean up after yourselves and allow the local businesses (99%) to start having customers come back into their shops/ businesses. You disgusting hippies have ruined public parks all over the U.S.A. (my great country) and because of that, you all should be arrested and deported to Canada/Mexico. If you don't like what we have to offer in my great country, then get the fuck out of here you losers. The Doctor!
