This should be the picture that represent the 99%. It is a graphical representation of the wealth distribution as per economist Jan Pen. It shows the world population marching in a parade and where the height of the people represent their wealth in 2006! http://cdn.theatlantic.com/static/coma/images/issues/200609/Height.jpg
be thankful 50% of the world lives on $2 a day or less. People in Africa are starving. In some countries like England they spend tax payer money on a King and Queen that did nothing to earn their title. Mexicans die trying to cross our border just to work hard and make less than 90% of the Americans. People have family members dying of cancer, and you consider taking money from the rich instead of being thankful for how good the US really is.
btw, $2/day in what they call "cheeseburger dollars" after McDonald's, cause it's same everywhere. Meaning, they can buy there same stuff that we can buy here for $2. It translates to about 45 cents a day in absolute numbers (in India).
regardless of what you mean minimum wage is $7 an hour which is $56 a day that is 23 times higher than half of the people in the world. That is pretty good.
