CPS in San Antonio, TX and the City is one of the leading cities in the US planing for a sustainable future and their environmental office if also planing for electric vehicles, and for EV recharge infrastructure. I wonder if they are looking at this technology?
That is If the local Auto Dealers Association don't try and kill it.
The cities that start looking at how to generate and manage distributed generation and how to store the access energy that will come from distributed generation will be the real winners.
