Just in case, If they bring in Police horses, to protect the horse and everyone. You do not move around standing up. From training I have had Horses will not step on you. Check this out with a few horse ranchers I have run into. They all confirmed it. They will not obey their rider to step on you.

What causes injuries to people and horses is when masses of people are moving around standing up. Then the horses keep moving. Stay still in balls on the ground next to each other, the horses will stop.
