"Failure". Hardly. Now the whole country knows that DC shut down a homeless shelter to provide convenient accommodations for lobbyists. You can't stuff that genie back in the bottle.

The whole country knows this? You seriously think that 300 million people now know this fact because OWS was in that building? 300 million people couldn't tell you the name of the Vice President.
