You do realize that Maynard Keynes proposed this idea along with others, and more recently China and Russia have been pushing for it. Want to know how America would be screwed? because environmentalists would not allow America to obtain their resources. Part of the reason we are not energy independent. Careful what you wish for.
So what if 10 other people proposed RBE? There's no other way to democracy but RBE. It's pointless to ask for democracy when money is involved because money contradicts democracy. You can find all the excuses you want not to use RBE but we shouldn't settle for anything less than freedom.
Democracy is not freedom. Democracy is where 51% of the people enslave the other 49%. Would you have been happy with direct democracy during the Bush years? I bet you wouldn't have.
read my posting well. there is no democracy in a monetary system.
