Signed. But, I signed for the workers, not because I'm worried about a heat wave. The workers themselves are reason enough for me.
How many petitions do you suppose you sign in the average year? LOL
3 or 4. I think the last one I signed was Trayvon Martin's. LOL at you!
Trayvon Martin? The LOL is on you.
How come liberals think Elizabeth Warren is Indian with 1/32nd (her claim) ancestry, yet Zimmerman/Martin wasn't black-on-black crime when Zimmerman is 1/8th black?
Because Zimmerman is a cowardly racist child murderer.
But Zimmerman is 1/8 Black. Liberals think Elizabeth Warren is Cherokee because she's an unproven 1/32nd Cherokee. By that "thinking", Zimmerman at 1/8th black is black making the Martin killing just another incident of black-on-black crime.
Zimmerman is a cowardly racist child murderer!!!
Why do we bother with a legal system? You're prepared to pick out the facts you like without any concern for actual evidence.
Oh, yeah, I've heard these RW TPs, they're so absurd they're fun! Do tell! Come on don't hold back???
Of Course you know Zim is a hate Crim. Like Fox-Talk Radio. So give us the RW noise??
The bad behavior of anyone else doesn't give you license to convict a man based on rumor and selectively edited news reports. We have the choice to hear all the evidence and let a jury make an informed decision or you can rationalize some prejudgement.
I'm sure that Zimmerman's misadventures will become the benchmark of hereto-with crazy fuckhead race-crime murder. Unlike 60s Alabamy, were going justice this decade. Oooh!
Your point? You go from Con Ed to this racist b.s. and you think I'm going to reply to that?
Really, what was racist about what I wrote? You leftists love to toss it around, without ever backing it up. How come Elizabeth Warren is an Indian, but Zimmerman isn't black?
Many on this site seem to be serial petition nuts. If the money comes from someone else, they'll sign anything.
"If the money comes from someone else, they'll sign anything." Look, I think most petitions are ineffective, but sometimes they can help a pressing situation. As far as money coming from someone else, I just don't get you. Workers have a right to bargain their wages, all workers, not just those in unions. Con Ed workers have the right to bargain. Period. End of story. Why do you support the erosion of workers' rights? It's insanity. A society can't function if it's citizens don't earn enough money to live a decent life.
Again, another leftist that casually throws around "racist" as a way to avoid being shown how stupid something is.
Workers have a right to bargain. Companies have a right to bargain too. It's the customers that lack choice that makes it all possible. When the union puts the screws to the company, the company can put the screws to ratepayers that can only deal with the monopoly. That's perfect for unions because when people have a choice, they choose something else because aded union costs don't come any added value. Let everyone have a choice, that's the fairest outcome for everyone. I don't support eroding worker rights, but I also don't support eroding company rights and customer rights.
"Companies exist at the behest of the public good and consent." Now, because "Companies" bought more favorable legislation we have to add "should."
