If looking to expand, we have lots of options.
Zuccotti Park is legally PUBLIC SPACE that is privately owned. If they build a building more than a certain height, they have to create public space.
So, we can find other spaces with this weird legal status, if this status has been advantageous. Remember, who is the owner of land does not need to be who was/is the most violent person willing to declare the land to be his/hers/theirs.

You do realize that Brookfield is allowing OWS to stay there. They have no right to stay there.
