Legalizing Marijuana will only lead to a whole host of problems, when a person drinks too much the only thing they tend to kill is their liver and eventually themselves. Though it does also have some short term conditions as well (such as impaired motor functions).

However long term Marijuana use presents other far more dangerous conditions, things like Bi-Polar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia and other such conditions.
