can someone please explain how to retrieve personal messages sorry for the interruption of the revolution and thanks
Sorry to post this here but I keep getting the "system malfunction" message every time I try to submit a new topic:
Continous posting e.g. on WSJ, Fox and NYT
What about getting a group together to ensure continous posting in the "Comments" sections of major papers like WSJ and NYT. We would need to put together a set of rules to follow to keep the message clear and concise, remaining polite at all times but "contesting" slanted views and encouraging readers and other commentators to think about what's really going on (also helping us find out what's really going in the process). As it is now, especially on WSJ (not to mention Fox), a small group of very biased people seem to control the "Comments", potentially infecting readers with their extreme views (in some cases possibly even funded by extremist groups) or misleading readers to think this is what the general public believes.
Please excuse me if this has already been suggested.
Any thoughts/ideas?
It finally did post after all - please reply to the main thread!
if people were going to do that, I would imagine it would have the most impact to use the same text and just spam it in all the papers so people get the same message over and over.
Not that I think my message is any stronger than many others on here but check out my last post and see if that, so something like that, is what you had in mind. The thread is called A Message to the Critics, ..., ..., ......
@npowell85
Thanks for replying. I had a look at your thread. Definitely not allong the lines of spam, otherwise it wouldn't be taken seriously. That might congest the "Comments" sections but it would send the wrong message because it would limit other's ability to discuss the issues at hand. My idea is to flood (but not congest) these media with compelling facts and arguments to get the message across.
How does one post a message? Please HELP.
go all the way to the bottom of the list in the main forum page
I think (almost positive) that they show up under your profile. Just click on your screen name in the upper right corner :)
