use "bear spray"
if a few demonstrators wearing plastic gloves (no finger-prints). and a ski mask- worn to look like a hat. and staying in the back of the demonstrators line.
waits until the horses are brought against the demonstrators. (we have the legal right to carry bear spray and use it in self defense) puts on ski mask (to hide face) runs in front of line and sprays horses nose. runs to the back of the line- throw the bear spray on ground and removes ski make. then blend in with the demonstrators.
the cop lands on the ground, and its broadcast everywhere.
i would suggest maybe then moon the cops.
Oh man this is the most stupid idea I have heard in a long while. Using this tactic immediately moves you from the "right" column into the "wrong" column. Instead of being a peaceful demonstrator you immediately become the aggressor.
Idea's like this is what hijacks a peaceful lawful movement and turns it into a uncontrolled lawbreaking riot. It will lose you sympathy, and people.
Please stop this idiocy right now and just be peaceful, do not let anyone hijack your marches and turn them into riots, do not allow anyone to turn your movement from a peaceful movement into an aggressive one.
In the Worker's Paradise of NYC, I doubt if you have the legal privilege to carry any weapon, let alone bear spray (your rights don't exist there, and you are a prime example of why).
Advocating idiotic stupidity like this puts the blood of any injured on your hands.
This kind of action is exactly what an agent provocateur would do. So go out there and do it yourself. Nobody is going to be stupid enough to let you goad them into it.

Self-defense is not violence. I wish more people would understand this; there's a difference between being non-violent and being slaughtered without resisting. Not fighting back would be comparable to letting the British execute every American conspirator instead of starting a revolution.
Non-violence is fine until the other side reverts to violence. This proposed idea is pretty sound minus the mooning (it's unnecessary and provocative). If we're truly a movement of the 99%, you're including those who may participate in militant actions. If you're unwilling to accept that group and their ideas, you might as well call this the 85%-90% movement.
The anti-war movement worked hand-in-hand with the Black Panthers in the 60's. Sometimes you need a group of willing defenders to protect the pacifists.

That is a little too violent at the moment. Though a good defense if they do try to make this into a war. No one should use weapons. But if police think mace is okay to use on trapped girls, then it is okay to use in self defense.
They will not make it into a war, some stupid asshole or agent provocateur will. And if you escalate violence, you can rest assured that they will escalate it more, until the outcome is assured. Assured. Got it? So just stop it with this shit.
