The theatrical display of the pepper spray followed by the theatrical spaying of the students, followed by the theatrical hauling away of the handcuff students, clearly show that the UC Police are sending their own message to the public.
The only way to defuse their message is widespread publication. Glad this is hitting the news as quickly as it is....
