You OW people. They owe you. You have adopted agendas of aggression that put people in your debt. You've built up a huge system of incarceration that then requires people to be put through it, after decades of aggressive right wing "law and order" platforms.. While it is proven psychology that positive reinforcement gets better results than negative- the old adage that you catch more flies with sugar than vinegar. There is really no justice when it is profitable to convict people and when the class warfare we've seen of late enters into it. These poor old people- suffering to stay warm in winter and cool in summer and have some peace otherwise in this sirened race track noisy interstate invading world. God bless 'em.
