Did the OWS do the same thing when they reportedly ingnore a rape at Zuccatti Park?
The OWS certainly did NOT ignore a rape; to the contrary, they did what they could to expel the perpetrator immediately rather than waiting, say, 12 years. I don't believe I remember seeing a jail designated on the map of Zuccotti Park, so what can they do before the person raped goes to police?
The Penn State coach was fired. You are immoral.
Huh? The point is, OWS expelled, i.e. "fired" the perpetrator. And did so immediately.

From my understanding, I believe that OWS is making every effort to make Liberty Square (formerly named something else before our Great Worldwide Movment) as safe an environment as is possible. Reports of the NYPD deliberately sending criminals and agent provocateurs to Liberty Square to cause trouble is not helping our cause. Let us insist again and again that our Constitutional right to assemble and protest peacefully must be recognized.
Everyone has the moral obligation to report violent crimes.
No one ever said they didn't. With a degree in law on my resume, I think I have an adequate understanding of the laws of our nation., and requirements of citizens to obey laws to the degree they can without losing their liberty.
