Forum Post: Path to Political Change

Perhaps OWS should begin to identity ways to change Congress so that its political makeup will reflect the will of the 99%, the will of the People. Instead of supporting any particular individuals in Congress, how about targeting those politicians who have the most egregious voting records which clearly do not support the will of the people:

A) Politicians who are clearly anti-environmental B) Politicians who want to repeal newly crafted financial regulations designed to prevent a repeat of the 2008 financial crisis C) Politicians who are opposed to almost any new jobs programs D) Politicians who are opposed to continuing and improving the new national Health Care Plan E) Politicians who are in favor of lowering taxes for the wealthy and corporations

By calling out and opposing those politicians both Republican and Democrat it seems to me a lot of political pressure can be brought to bear to begin to change the system. The more pressure by the People for constructive change in the US the better off this country will be.
