Please - on the website - please supply a list of the exact food and materials you need. Try to think in terns of what fits in USPS Flat Rate Boxes - both Medium and Large. Try to think in terms of shopping trips to Walmart (is Walmart ok?). Should we list what's inside on the outside of the box?
