Nothing is going to be accomplished by protesting and causing problems outside of the stock exchange building daily. The police will always protect the building and employees and their right to conduct business. If someone wants to make a difference, the group(s) should hang outside the door of the locations where the CEOs of companies report daily. The root of our problems is the greed in the system and how everyone allows it. While CEOs of major banking institutions and other companies make many, many millions in their salaries and bonuses, they lay off thousands everytime we turn around. And even the companies that get bailed out MAKE NO CHANGES. That should be the focus of the protest. The protesting outside the stock exchange is not going to change ANYTHING. Why don't people get it? I am saddened everyday to watch the news of people wasting their time protesting, because it is not helping. Who is in charge? What do they expect to accomplish? Has anyone besides me noticed that nothing has been accomplished ALL this time, and so OBVIOUSLY, they need to do something different? Just saying...

Thanks for the post AB..........I would like to add........What I see from my viewpoint is that you all were hurting the 99%...the very ones that you say you are fighting for.

Why make it difficult for the average Joe or Jane to get to work? There are more 99% that are working on wall street for low pay...such as clerks, secretaries, mail people than 1% people. Apparently no one ever considered that when this whole thing started huh.

You've lost the support of the working people because you are hindering their ability to get work done.

Don't forget.........voting IS the way to make change.......Just like Misguided said.

It's called voting. Ever heard of it?
