Forum Post: OWS my viewpoint.

I am visitor from India and I have been visiting USA quite often. I admire USA for its innovation as I am from science and technology field. I read about the movement in Indian media and was curious as I did not expect this happening in states. I am in Washington DC and went to Mcpherson sq location couple of times.

I was not impressed, there were young kids around having fun but did not reflected they were any professional. I just went by their Outlook. I stumbled upon this website and there is enormous information.and is hard to decipher what is actually going on. Only thing I understand is people are protesting against wall street. The guy at the protest told me hunger and greed. I was thinking it is wall street not charitable org. People gamble there and there are winners and losers. We India call the stock exchange 'satta market' which means gambling place. When I read in media and went to the actual protest place something does not match. I think media is just making it sensation and it may have to do with your next year election. In India protesting is livelihood of lot people. I have to go back tonwork.now. Nice day in DC. Enjoyed the Martin Luther King dedication crowd yesterday. Great country.
