Forum Post: OWS lacks focus and organization, and will not endure if this does not change

This movement is all over the place. I'm all for free discussion, but there is a time and place for it and this is not it. There is a single issue here, and it has to do with the fact that the 1% have purchased direct influence over our government. We need to stay focused on that and should have free discussion on that and only that. Money in Washington is the root cause, everything else is merely a symptom.

OWS needs to formally organize and needs to develop a clear, concise message, vision and goal. If it does not do this soon, then it will eventually wither away and die. It's only a matter of time before people become disinterested.

Where are the leaders of this movement? They need to step up and take control and they need to take this to the next level. If this doesn't happen soon then a great opportunity will be lost.
