Publicly Trade companies need to be mandated by the SEC that the wages of the Ceos be no more than 200% of the lowest level wage worker in the company and also that 50% of all profits are paid either in profit sharing or dividends. Now to be fair to the CEO- if profit sharing then he should be able to get more of the profit but not more than 300% of the profit to the lowest wage employee in the company.
and the Public service Sector-We need a public sector and everyone knows that- but it would be nice to have a public sector that did not try to pay their selves like the publicly traded companies that Lobby Washington. The public sector makes wages at 2x's what the private sector of non publicly traded companies do- or said another way ( twice as much as the avg working class man and woman that makes up the backbone of the American jobs -you know the ones with less than 15 employees) John Boehner, John McCain ,John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi, Schumer, Dodd and Obama these men and ladies need to go and if we vote them out- it will make America recognize that there is a voting revolution that is taking place.
wow- I was hoping for some support on this agenda
