Forum Post: OWS crimes

Posted 13 years ago on Nov. 6, 2011, 11:12 a.m. EST by Richardgates (133)
This content is user submitted and not an official statement

Now that OWS is an organized crime mob, lawsuits can be filed.

Those of you that have been harassed, coerced, raped, groped, and a victim of theft need a class action attorney. OWS has money and can afford retribution.

Too bad being a moron isn't a crime, you'd be doing life and we wouldn't have to sift through your idiotic posts!

[-] 1 points by WordWarlock (25) 13 years ago

Yet you took time out of your life to post this? Time you will never get back. Ponder that and see if maybe you are the troll in this post.

[-] 1 points by demonspawn79 (186) 13 years ago

And I look through all the relies and see you responding to every single comment. lol You must have a lot of free time.

[-] 1 points by WordWarlock (25) 13 years ago

It is important.

[-] 1 points by WordWarlock (25) 13 years ago

I think you would agree the movement has lost it's focus. Step back to see the bigger picture.

You too may be in jail soon. Are you raping and stealing?

[-] 2 points by NYprotester (80) 13 years ago

Lots of the protesters need to be jailed just like some on wall street.

I always felt Clinton was a world order type of guy but not Obama. Obama only cares about himself and his next donor dollar.

[-] 0 points by IChowderDown (110) from Dallas, TX 13 years ago

I never thought either of them, in fact I always scoffed at the idea.

Obama: I was really hoping he would rebuild America. All his campaign promises, he has delivered the opposite. I learned Obama was discovered and groomed by Henry Kissinger.

Politicians say one thing and think another. There many other videos that are very amazing/disturbing, and many of us can be in denial to see the truth? Peace.

Peace to you too. Contact info@minutemanhq.com for help. They will restore civility.

[-] 2 points by LiveAndLetLive (79) from Fort Lauderdale, FL 13 years ago

what a waste of something that could have been a real revolution! I think it went all rogue because we didn't have "clear cut" goals defined.... just my opinion.

[-] 1 points by WordWarlock (25) 13 years ago

It is more than just that. All was good two weeks in. Most of us early protesters have left the park. Our message was drowned out by the media who focused on the negatives.

[-] 1 points by LiveAndLetLive (79) from Fort Lauderdale, FL 13 years ago

" Our message was drowned out by the media who focused on the negatives".... that's what I meant when I said OWS didn't define "clear cut" goals. If the goals where in place, it would have been way harder to misinterpret or intentionally misrepresent the movement.

[-] 1 points by WordWarlock (25) 13 years ago

Correct. The initial force was well planned and put into action. It gained movement from the wrong forces and a negative vibe was what the detractors see on tv.

[-] 2 points by LiveAndLetLive (79) from Fort Lauderdale, FL 13 years ago

Every movement has a life cycle and we have to "hit the iron when its hot", with all the violence and negative publicity, I think the movement is past its prime..... its all downhill from here (just my opinion).

[-] 1 points by WordWarlock (25) 13 years ago

I think you have summed it up pretty well.

The NPR piece has been very damaging to the loose movement. The 99% is no longer in control. Right wingers have infiltrated the camps act like protesters.

[-] 1 points by dreamingforward (394) from Gothenburg, NE 13 years ago

The thing is, you have to bring something to court to engage the system. Demand that honda generators (when operated within their safe limits) be allowed to stay or demand that parked cars filled with gasoline are a hazard and should get towed away from the park. Erect a structure and engage the issue of "right to property".

Otherwise, help code the pangaia rule-set into vpython and help start the creative economy (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wHBKrTX_U0nukOH77vC96e4tMys8DJ-5V-xxxxUlcOE/edit ).

[-] 1 points by Spankysmojo (849) 13 years ago

It's mojo was stolen by haters and egos. This is looking so bad of late. The anti-semites and fascists are on the rise. If OWS doesn't come up with a viable leadership then it is doomed. Guaranteed.

[-] 1 points by Bookworm (42) 13 years ago

I think it is too late. The money makers within OWS are keeping this going by all means.

Go to the NY State Police and the FBI first, if you feel you are a victim of a crime. No offense, but after seeing the footage of an NYPD officer run over an OWS protestor with a motor cycle, I would not trust them. What is Commisioner kelly doing to reagn in such abuses? Did this officer get prosecuted yet, for running a protestor over? I have had great dealings with the State Police and the FBI though. Say what you will, there may be a few bad apples in the FBI and the NY State Police, but it is far more likely that you will deal with utter elite professionals.

[-] 2 points by Bookworm (42) 13 years ago

Many of the park paticipants need to be forced out. They are detractors!

[-] 0 points by MJMorrow (419) 13 years ago

I believe you. You really need an open and good relationship with the FBI and the NY State Police. Some of NYPD might understand you, but there is a bad element in NYPD, due to the low pay package and the interests of Commissioner Kelly in pleasing his Wall Street masters, I imagine. With regard to the pay, many good NYPD go elsewhere, once they get experience and can you blame them? We need to pay top dollar and we will keep top shelf, young officers, in NYPD. We also need a Commissioner, not attending Wall Street parties. [wink]

[-] 1 points by Bookworm (42) 13 years ago

You seem to have a hidden agenda?

[-] 1 points by MJMorrow (419) 13 years ago

No, I do not. We need a transparent agenda, to win people over, including law enforcement. I am happy to answer any question about my poilitcal beliefs that you may have.

[-] 1 points by Bookworm (42) 13 years ago

I assume you are a police officer?

[-] 1 points by MJMorrow (419) 13 years ago

No, I am not a police officer. I do have VERY high regard for the NY State Police and the FBI, because I had a local police department try to frame me for crimes the local police were committing and the FBI and State Police busted the crooked cops. Still, I am not a police officer or an agent for the Government. I am an unemployed MBA. [smile]

[-] 1 points by Bookworm (42) 13 years ago

Sorry to hear on both accounts. My best of luck to you.

[-] 1 points by MJMorrow (419) 13 years ago

Thank you very much and please feel free to exchange ideas, anytime. S! MJ

[-] 1 points by Richardgates (133) 13 years ago

They can be jailed any penny less like every mob should be.

[-] 3 points by MJMorrow (419) 13 years ago

Absolutely, I have argued from day one that OWS organizers work very closely with the NY State Police and with the FBI. In my opinion, NYPD has gone down hill, with the new compensation packages. Some of the NYPD are outstanding, but there is also a element that is at the level of the criminals, you see this more in certain precincts, than others. Commissioner Kelly should have ruthlessly put down the criminal acts of NYPD, against OWS, from day one and there would be trust.

The NY State Police and the FBI tend to be very professional and attract a high caliber crowd. OWS should really help the FBI and the State Police to ensure that the movement is transparent and cooperates to help ensure the security of New Yorkers and tourists visiting NY. It would be a good idea to invite the the NY State Police, since the State has supremacy in matters of health, welfare and safety, in to examine security for the movement and to seek recommendations on how the movement can weed out criminals and potential terror threats. It is sad, that I cannot recommend that OWS go to NYPD, but running over a protestor with a motorcycle, does not speak well for NYPD. I may be mistaken, but I cannot recall one NYPD officer under prosecution, for such acts. Still, the NY State Police and the FBI are great choices.

[-] 2 points by Richardgates (133) 13 years ago

Both

[-] -1 points by stevemiller (1062) 13 years ago

[-] 2 points by Richardgates (133) 13 years ago

[-] -1 points by stevemiller (1062) 13 years ago

You said you would help and you are wasting time.

Americans ignore the insanity and incompetence of the government

read more -- http://overthecoals.blogspot.com/

Let's begin with the budget and the squandering of trillions of dollars on more and more weapons. Only raving maniacs would create the American foreign policy and defense policy. Americans do it with a straight face as if they were sophisticated and educated people.

The economists and bankers in America have created policies that allow and promote wild gambling with derivatives that they claim are complex as if they worked. They worked to destroy the banking system and put 50,000,000 Americans out of work with the globalization policy that is nothing more than simple slavery of Chinese workers. That slavery is hidden behind the bogus claim that China's currency is too strong. If China allowed its currency to rise in value to the dollar, the US debt they own $1.137 trillion (the same as it was in August 2010) would be paid back with half of what they loaned.

The Chinese government isn't stupid. They aren't going to take half of what they loaned. The American people are completely uninformed nitwits who have no clue that the government they believe can't be voted out of office with a 3rd party, would be gone if they heard what SCREWED AGAIN is trying to publish for them.

The ignorance and incompetence of the American government is displayed by the liars that divert attention to 9/11 every day. The American people refuse to hear about and understand the evidence that proves clearly the 9/11 was a direct attack by Bush who was warned officially more than 40 times and chose to use the Al-Qaeda attack as a false flag for the incidents revealed by SCREWED AGAIN.

OWS needs to be a mob to fight the other preexisting mobs...You think because they wear nice suits and make nice speeches that they aren't mobsters?

[-] 1 points by Richardgates (133) 13 years ago

Right, and therefore, should be punished accordingly.

[-] -1 points by nickhowdy (1104) 13 years ago

It's hard to punish the Boss..How did they do it in "The Godfather"?

[-] 1 points by Richardgates (133) 13 years ago

All mobs are eventually brought down.

[-] 0 points by nickhowdy (1104) 13 years ago

Hey...we'll have to see how they are brought down..It might take a war or 10.

[-] 1 points by Richardgates (133) 13 years ago

Kennedy did it in Chicago. Obama can do it too. Bring the OWS mob down!

[-] 2 points by WordWarlock (25) 13 years ago

Obama is a major player in the overall problem. Me and others felt he should be the focus. The movements founders wouldn't have it knowing they needed union money and support. Take a step back and look what's happened.
