My friends and I have created a start-up company a few years ago to provide "good banking to everyone". Most investors told us we would have a hard time reaching out to our potential customers and growing our market. Funny that our customers are now right under our windows: our office is literally across the street from the NYSE and we witness the OWS activity on our way to work everyday. New York has some of the most motivated entrepreneurs in financial innovation intended for the "under-served and over-charged" rather than the speculators in the large banks. Our main investor CoreVC is a few blocks up on Broadway and invests only in financial innovations for the under-banked. How's that for a mission? Outsmart Wall Street!
Well, that's an interesting story - but it does nothing without telling us what you do and the name of your company.
Hey, I did not want to hijack this forum for crass commercial purposes... our service is called the same as our Forum name: iBankUP
I appreciate the sentiment.
To be honest, I don't even know how you're making money on this. For those in a bad spot this is an unreal deal.
Anyhow, back to our regularly scheduled protesting.
Great so now you are a 1 %.
nope, we can't pay ourselves full salaries yet, but maybe one day ;-)
Think your system will work if the Marxists running this OWS win? e.g. George Sors?
