Through a sequence of circumstances Typhoid Mary had to be forced to surrender her liberties because she was a danger to other people's lives. This is what amendment 13 to our constitution said.

Amendment 13 - Slavery Abolished. Ratified 12/6/1865. History

  1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

  2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Slavery and involuntary servitude is a violation of our liberties. There is an exception to this and that is if it is a punishment for a crime. Right now as it stands, we have at least two iterations in which an inalienable right can be infringed upon. One is the commision of a crime and the other is if a person is a carrier of a disease and is a threat to other people's lives. This means sometimes inalienable rights must be surrendered under certain criteria.

Let's put our inalienable rights into a formal logic form. Let's say we have the set called life, set called liberty, and the set called pursuit of happiness with the variables l,i, and p respectively. All three of these intersect and one instersection is the subset l and i and p. I think pursuit of happiness is another way of saying pursuit of property or estate. If our inalienable rights were truly inalienable based upon the definition of inalienable then no iteration should be able to nullify or infringe these rights no matter what this iteration is. We have at least two iterations which can force a person's rights to be infringed. One iteration is called crime and the other is called endangerment of public health or other people's lives. I believe there is another iteration and that is if a person or persons is able to buy up all or most of the earth's land and oceans and through enconomic conquest have dictorial powers over the multitudes and the masses. I believe we are reaching this point.

This is why the one percentager's property must be surrendered and alienated. By the virture of circumstances today in order for the 99 percentagers to secure their lives they must alienate and nullify the one percentager's property. In addition, the 99 percentagers have no where to secede from these one percentagers so by practicality they are enslaved to the one percentager's whims and demands whereever they go. I believe that people's lives are more precious than liberty and property and since the typhoid mary case proves this then it the 99 percentagers duty to liquidate some of the one percentager's property in order to safeguard their own lives.
