Forum Post: Our corporate leaders are not leading--they are checked-out, we are simply waking them up from their decades-long nap!

When corporations as a block are laying off workers, sending jobs overseas and cutting benefits, they are not doing their part. A young worker today can't just quit and find a better job, they are trapped. This lowers your earning power as well. Our corporate leaders are not leading, they are checked-out, sorry to say. This has nothing to do with individual work ethics, it has to do with work ethics unfulfilled and unencouraged by big business.
