These posts are all good, from varying everything in the US.
This forum should try to collect a population around themes, through the online voting process. Probably not perfect, but it's a start and the votes I'm sure can be scanned at a later time to verify integrity.
Let the themes define who and what this movement is about by popular vote. The voters, us, can show our dissatisfaction through this media.
One big problem is winter. When winter kicks in, this movement will die in a physical sense (people), but can live on with the online community. The survival of this movement will likely depend solely on the online community for the six month period starting around the November-December 2011 time frame.
Programmers need to make this happen for this website for the movement to survive the winter. Votes, graphs, polls, and more, but keep the politicians and fat cats out, as lately they only serve themselves.
One thing one can say about the Tea Party, they got organized and they were able to push through their agendas with a relatively small percent of the population. I agree wholeheartedly that if this movement does not get organized and identify a small number of key priorities, it will quickly be forgotten and the enthusiasm of so many will have been a waste.

I got an idea that might help the movement! :D The game company Mojang that made Minecraft uses a website called "get satisfaction" for people to address bugs in the game, a FAQ for people that have common questions, and an area to add new ideas! The biggest bugs and ideas and questions can be voted on and pushed up in rank. Occupy Wall st. could use that website to answer common questions to what the movement is and present everyone's ideas that represent the 99%! These things could be voted on and could help shape the main goals in the movement.
need organization. a week ago. we have asked and waited and there are still no sub forums, still no wiki. people have taken it into their own hands now and are fracturing and splintering off because this site is an organizational nightmare. http://s11.zetaboards.com/occupytogether/forum/3025699/
How long till people start protesting the protest?
there. now. . i'm officially signed on. protesting the protest. when does this protest crap amount to a hill of beans? When does the revolution start? when do we get sub forums and a wiki? straight up. Your all wasting yours and everyone elses time until and unless things get organized.
LOL! :)
