So we don't like the system we have? What are the options for getting out and change for good so we don't get back into the same trap? Just doing my bit to stop the spam bots :) Answer away
For one I am a webmaster, with access to your .htaccess file and source, I can track and reduce the spam posted by the 1%.
read books on history and how our system was created in the first place. also, leave "religion" out of it period. the fact is, your belief in God should be personal and to yourself like the relationship you share with your significant other. A personal belief in God was never meant to be shared with others.
After learning and understanding the history in general. You "master" it and change it later for the better.
for example, you "buy" an ipad and "use" it, but don't know how it really "works". If more people in general, knew how things really worked in the world that directly effect us all, the system would eventually change. whether it's for better or worse depends me and yourselves out there.
the bottom line is, we need each other, whether we want to admit it or not. Even the people in poverty have an important of merely being "poor" in order to keep the fortunate society in line to a wealthier population that "believes" they are suited to be control and will probably do immoral things to keep it that way.
We should also start with our own communities and be more social in public than online. We can all (me included) can post comments in forums and share our views, but it's more effective when you speak to people in person.
But, that's one way I think we can start.
Stop responding to the threads for one, stop thanking those who respond to the spam. It does no good. Also, seek out LEGIT, progressive posts with real ideas for the movement. The spam is all anyone talks about. Agree to move on.
No one has worked on this site since Dec 21.
Go to the github link at the bottom and contact Justine, the main coder for the site - her email is on there. Maybe she can fix something. I looked through code changes and at some point in the beginning they had code for anit-spam, but that could have been messed up.
