Here's an idea. Establish a online election date prior to the Nov. 2012 election. Make it known to the world that OWS will host the election, that they, OWS, are weary of the anachronistic way of the world, that it is time for change, real change. Here are the four reasons for the online election. One, prove to the world that a secure online election, online democracy can be achieved. Of course and obviously, you must deliver the goods. Secondly, prove to the world the progressives that I know you are. The other parties talk about their candidates who are only slight variations of those before. They have no ideas, you have the ideas and your online election is just the beginning. Thirdly, include your own write-in candidates to voice that you are not confined to the convention of two privileged parties. You may even wish to consider a plural executive; that is, not just one President, but one of each from the major parties. Fourthly, maybe you can influence the actual election.
Shout out to the world that OWS is exhausted with the talk, they want action.
If I had a choice for President and Vice President to run this country, I would vote for Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. None of the present candidates appeal to me because they do not address or take action on the needs of the people. These two people truly seem to care about the citizens of the United States.
no, demand your right ot vote ON WHAT HAPPENS in our gov and in your communities and the world:

If people want to vote for a president, fine, but we, the people, should be voing online for everything
So will the OWS "President" get to sit in the Oval Office or some tent in Zuccotti Park?
That's clever and funny. 2 points.
now there is something the OWS could be spending money on. a secure website for voting. or polling. that would tell what people really think. anonymous could keep the site legal
Be the leader in online voting and expression.
and ask the questions.. the ones that usually do not get asked by the mainstream
Ron PauI will win just like every other online poll.
Then, so it is.
but just like all the other online polls it will be written off
