I thought this movement was against globalism and sending American jobs overseas
A single world government sounds attractive, and it is not without it's good points. But it also has is bad points.
Good points: A single set of laws, rules and regulations that all can abide by. A government that by the sheer size of the world cannot control every aspect of everything, even with modern technology, so in the short term at least freedoms will go up.
Bad points: No point of direct contact. the people of a particular nation/geographic area/ linguistic ancestry/genetic ancestry will not be able to have their grievances heard in anything like a reasonable time frame. There can be not set of laws that work for all people, each group of individuals will want special privileges and recognition. finally, those with the wealth will rise to the top and decide policy for the lower (as we already have), just with even LESS chance of redress.

That's an easy one. Create 106,000 Home Town Banks of 65,000 -- worldwide -- instead of just 4,600 Home Town Banks of 65,000 in America. Which is why what we most immediately need is a comprehensive strategy, and related candidate, that implements all our demands at the same time, and although I'm all in favor of taking down today's ineffective and inefficient Top 10% Management System of Business & Government, there's only one way to do it – by fighting bankers as bankers ourselves. Consequently, I have posted a 1-page Summary of the Strategic Legal Policies, Organizational Operating Structures, and Tactical Investment Procedures necessary to do this at:

if you want to be 1 of 100,000 people needed to support a Presidential Candidate – such as myself or another you'd like to draft – at AmericansElect.org in support of the above bank-focused platform.
While Agenda 21 is a common paranoid conspiracy theorist's view of a world takeover plot, there have been proposals for a UN parliamentary body: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Parliamentary_Assembly
Lots of interesting food for thought.
I don't see how it can be labeld a paranoid conspiracy theory. If you read it you can see how they are implementing alot of it.
Agenda21
"Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.
Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992.
The Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) was created in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of UNCED, to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels. It was agreed that a five year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session.
The full implementation of Agenda 21, the Programme for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio principles, were strongly reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26 August to 4 September 2002."

It's like we're reading completely different texts.
Good luck getting the Azerbaijanis on board with that.
i think the population as a whole is more Terran including Azerbaijanis, global unity shhould beincluded
I think I was making a joke to point out how disparate and varied humanity is, Terran or no. The Syrians are still being gunned down in the streets trying to overthrow their own regime. Think Assad will sign your charter? What's your pitch to the Russians? What's your government structure? Western style Democracy? Middle Eastern style Theocracy? Napoleonic Empire?
I'm just sayin', man. The world is bigger than you think. Keep that in mind.
Then there is this plan...
