Dont buy anything not made in the U.S. This is very difficult to do, as I am sure the corporations intended it to be that way. Items made in the U.S. are a little more costly as our minimum wage is higher than that of countries who have garbage dumps overwhelming their communities but it is a direct way to keep the money and jobs at home and to reward a business for not taking part in the traitorous actions of sending jobs outside of US borders.
Supporting products made here helps everyone, but beware that there are manufacturing plants in places like the Mariannas (sp?) where they're allowed to put the tag on, "Made in the USA".
Yet, the more you can buy local, the better you are at serving your own community.
