You first. I have a job, and health insurance that costs $250 per month, and my own home (pre-bubble, still worth at least what I paid for it 15 years ago, plus improvements) Insurance on that is also about $250 per month. My little house is 625 sq feet, by the way, and I live in St Paul, not New York. My house with improvements cost me under 70g. I pay extortion fees of $225 per month for a 625 sqare foot home that I bought for 58,500 in 1996. Damn, My parents basement is bigger than that! Maybe it is time I move INTO my parents basement.
