King launched a poor people's campaign just before his death. He died in Memphis defending the Garbage Worker's "I am a Man" strike. Occupy could send a definitive message to the world and the 1% by engaging in mass, peaceful civil disobedience on January 15th, which is a Sunday, or the 16th, on a Monday. Civil disobedience in the streets of America carries on the legacy of Dr. King.
