You know, overall, I like the idea of resurrecting labor rights.
Right, this is done through labor organization and self-management. FDR didn't enact the New Deal because it felt good, he did it because workers were going to great lengths to demand it.
Do you realize that municipalities with the support of judges have rewritten the FLSA? People nationwide are being denied overtime dollars.
Yeah, people are denied overtime.
These things happen under capitalism.
