The video shows evidence of an attempt at burning official and legal documents for one of Puerto Rico's largest economic plunders, the urban Transit rail. Thousands upon thousands of documents were piled together inside an abandoned building in a failed attempt to dispose by burning them, which is a felony. The video also shows public workers sealing off the building.
