I wrote an article on the constitutional and U.N. Human Right Treaty (ratified by congress) issues surrounding the crackdowns of Occupy camps and protests.

Feel free to share!

you need to do a little bit more research no one rights have been violated in the eviction of occupied lands. the SCOTUS has already ruled that cities have the right to limit protests on public land

ya, it's all be psyops stuff. i'm a government plant.

i hate to tell this to people like you, but there is no conspiracy to hide the truth from you,

Tsk Tsk sweetie. He isn't trying to steal your self appointed position. :-)

Have a cookie. You'll feel better.

I think this guy is an impostor or something. His posts tend to repeat and he stalks conversations where people are being serious and injects nutcase stuff. I'm currently reverse stalking him.....and I already had two cookies with the kids.

But, thanks for the suggestion.

He could be. But IF he's not a billionaire, he's part of the 99%.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you really need to work on your people skills because the 99% INCLUDES nutcases, repetitive speakers, REPUBLICANS (I'll pause while you shudder), conservatives (I'll wait) comedians, police officers, small business owners, the intellectually challenged, stalkers, and all the other groups you seem to take personal delight in insulting, swearing at, attacking, etc.

AND, every time you get your knickers in a twist-and rip out a nasty label directed at someone here, you offend ANYONE who might feel that they fall under that category, or know or love or respect someone else who they feel falls under that category. For example-if any hermaphrodites read your posts from last night-you are now less likely to get them to JOIN this cause.

My example above is extreme, but my underlying point here is not. If your goal is to "win over" a majority of the US population to support your cause...this is NOT how you do that.

Personal and most likely completely inappropriate question-Are you a single father? (Feel free to ignore that if you wish)

Sometimes love is a pat on the back and sometimes it's a kick in the ass.

There is so much noise on this forum that the only way you can even get attention is to be rather provocative.

I am really not this persona.....maybe at some point, I will drop the puff6962 moniker and become a kindly statesman......but, for now, I have to get ideas out there that may germinate over the winter.

You may not realize it, or perhaps you do, but there is a race on. Movements will pick up ideas in an almost random, chaotic, fashion and, once they are attached, they take on a momentum of their own.....bad or good.

It's like when your husband insists that he is not lost despite the road narrowing to one lane in the middle of a field.

The most important thing, at this stage, may ironically be shaming the bad ideas out there. It seems harsh.....but sometimes love is a kick in the ass.

Ideas don't post themselves here. People do. You're responding to PEOPLE. People are noisy. People are messy. And anything involving them will be noisy and messy by default.

And while I agree with the statement that love can be a pat on the back as well as a kick in the ass, there are a whole lotta options between the two extremes and just because YOU feel loving on your end, doesn't mean the person on the other side feels it too. Shaming involves making someone else feel LESS important, LESS of a person than you are.

Some people think provocative people are noisy. OVERBEARINGLY noisy. I-want-nothing-to-do-with-you noisy. How sure are you that HOW you get rid of ol Ben up there isn't resulting in "getting rid of" others?

Just something to think about.

Oh....and this might be a foreign concept to you, but my husband usually asks ME to drive because he's the first to admit that he's directionally challenged.

I'll try and be good.

I sense that you truly are a good person. Don't try so hard to convince people otherwise. It's disingenuous. Be comfortable in your own skin. :-)
