Homes and land that have been foreclosed upon, or that have not been used for long periods should be OCCUPIED PERMANENTLY. Who has not seen abandoned land or homes? Once you have moved in and put your NEW locks on the place; turn on the utilities, no one asks for a deed. Then put the address on your license. If the bank says they own it, deny it, many people who had no mortgages lost their homes without a court order due to banks not having correct documents. When they finally move you out, have a per-arranged deal with a person near you who is also occupying a foreclosed house. Make the banks start all over again on both of you. They spend money and you keep living in a house for free. Non violent and good for your wallet.
