If being a space cadet qualifies, then lots here who could apply. lol
Get an education and speak out as much as you like...ideas are the life blood of democracy, not the oppression of idiots like the author of this forum.
Give a person a job to occupy and a task that you're willing to pay him or her for. They'll take you up on the offer. Be a good citizen and offer a job to a young person you and mentor him or her to be the kind of worker you wish there were more of in this country. But you're the problem and not the solution if you're just pointing fingers.
You're calling a lot of people who want to work hard and share in the American dream lazy. I have seen hard working Americans - veterans, parents, contributing members of their community - served a pink slip when their job was shipped overseas with no place to turn.
How do you feel when you wake up in the morning and you're bf is stroking your penis with $100 bills, while you're getting ass raped by your banker? You love it don't you, brings sweat and tears to your eyes. thats because you're a 1%er
Man you dont understand the 1%. fuck cash man. our significant others stroke our rich members between two American Express Centurion black cards. Yea the titanium rubs you raw but damn does it feel good. ;)
I don't know if I'm reading out of context your reply here, as I can't understand why you have quoted that I don't understand the 1%, and then ranted on about others who stroke rich members getting stroked by a branded credit card, while talking about some metalic metal that they also get their pleasures off on. Why does this feel all good to you? I can only presume that you are one of the 1%ers? And if you are, why are you bothered being here in this forum? Can't you find your own forum? do you feel lost and confused that you really don't know if you are 99%er or 1%er? And I think I do understand the 1%ers, as they fucked up the whole world, not just you're back yard buddy.
I used to believe in all that hard work stuff too. I used to work 14 hour days with a full-time and part time job, but I got sick of never seeing my daughter, not having any time for myself, and just relaxing. Now I just trade momentum for my account, my uncle, and a few others. I sit in front of a computer, watch the monitor a few hours in the morning and the afternoon and make more money in about 15 hours or less a week than I used to do in 14 hours per day. I made 7% on my triple DOW long overnight for me and my friends on Wednesday! Hard work is truly for suckers! True, my dad worked long hours to give a middle-class life for us, but I hardly ever saw him, and that sucked, and when had that heart attack at 54, that really sucked. But hard work now-a-days? Seriously? I'm done at 4PM EVERYDAY. Some weeks, I'm good by Monday morning!
I really can't help but laugh at this Hard Work pity party crap
Yawn.
Your website is boring. https://www.mowatsparty.ca
It's the same as the baby boomers protesting. Eventually, some people will get half decent jobs and complain less. Eventually, after the 1% pass away, the money will be passed onto our generation, and our kids will complain that they have nothing. The people who work hard and complain less today, will get a bigger piece of the pie tomorrow. And the cycle continues.
that was true.. it is not true any longer. the cycle has been interrupted this is not a 'turn' but a 'shift' the old patterns will not repeat that way .
No, it hasn't. They did the same thing in the 30's. Every generation does the same thing. It's arguably a human (or at least western) trait.

Same thing in the 40's http://museumca.org/picturethis/timeline/world-war-ii-homefront-era-1940s/protest-war-vets/info
The answer is in the individual, not the collective. You can't "Force" social evolution. It will change on it's own, suitable to the conditions.
The "me" generation is just going throw growing pains. It's starting to realize that they aren't special, the world isn't coming to an end, and the power structures that exist are not going to change.
This whole occupy movement has made no propositions. You can make change in two ways. A. Put your money with your mouth is. Only buy and support the change you believe in. B. Join the system and make changes at the top, by working hard, getting noticed and being positive.
Complaining and negativity does no one any good. You guys are just painting targets on your backs, and giving yourselves criminal records for pointless reasons.
That $300,000 to $500,000 should be used to rent or obtain office space, where you can find legit ways of making a profit off your movement, and broadcasting and advertising your opinions and political points.
It is true. Every generation thinks "this time is different". We are simply in a deep recessionary period. Prosperity will return. It may be awhile but it will return.
you are hoping and wishing. that wont stop whats happening.
What's happening is called reality setting in. Get used to it, it's just getting started.
