hi. i agree very much with your sense of direction and have been from the start saying about the same thing. but what is needed is a wiki, not forums, because forums would still not hold the signal bandwidth effectively.

right at the start i tried to get this site to put up sub forums and they made promises about that which they never fullfilled.

Right at the start i recognized a need for organization which has still never gelled.

I have put up the wiki, i have done the start up work, all that is needed now is for people to wake up and actually participate.
