we are the 99% we are grounded in reality. we are united in our objective:

our objective is simple:

replace dishonesty and corruption in politics and everywhere with honesty and rationality.

all people have rights to their lives, their liberty, their honestly earned property, and their just agreements.

dishonesty manifests as - murder, in the taking of others lives - slavery, in the compromising of others liberties - theft, in the taking of others honestly earned property, and - fraud, in the breaking or manipulation of agreements, or the entering into blatantly unjust agreements on behalf of others.

dishonesty manifests in politics as: - passing laws that are outside the enumerated powers specified within the constitution, - passing laws that benefit some at the expense of others, - passing laws that unjustly take away liberties from the people, - passing laws that allow certain individuals, groups, legal entities, or institutions to do things that would otherwise be considered murder, enslavement, theft, or fraud.

for example, inflating the currency is a form of fraud perpetuated by those that print the money (the fed), against all other people who own assets denominated in us dollars or who are are on fixed incomes denominated in us dollars.

for example, when congress delegated the federal government's authority to regulate monetary policy including the power to print currency to the fed, and then allowed the fed to purchase treasury bonds and receive interest on those bonds this was a completely irrational and unjust agreement entered into with the private federal reserve bank by congress on behalf of the people. all interest ever paid or currently owed to the federal reserve should not be paid. the contract/agreement that the us government has with the federal reserve is not a just contract, it rewards the fed disproportionately for the service rendered. when the federal reserve purchases us treasury bonds, it has not offered us the use of anything tangible or valuable, it does so simply by printing additional federal reserve notes.

for example, the practice of fractional reserve banking, where banks may lend out (and receive interest on) many times more money than is held in the bank on deposit. doing this is a fraud that grants certain institutions the ability to effectively act as counter-fitting operations provided they stay within certain limitations.

any law that effectively allows any person, group, legal entity, institution, or the government itself to initiate an action that would otherwise be considered murder, enslavement, theft, or fraud must be considered invalid.

(If this is read aloud, do not read this line. Notice the key word 'initiate')

the use of government force is justified only when a person, a group, a legal entity, institution, or government has initiated an act of murder, enslavement, theft, or fraud. in that situation government must act to bring the perpetrator to justice and restore to the victims of the perpetrator as much as can possibly be done.

at this time, we call for a complete audit and investigation of the federal reserve system, we desire a judicial process that not only evaluates the actions of the fed relative to the laws passed by congress, but also to the highest principles of justice which may contradict the unjust laws passed by congress in their corrupt partnership with the federal reserve system.

we desire a full accounting and prompt resolution to any injustice perpetrated by the federal reserve, it's chairman, it's board, and it's employees. we are inclined to end this corrupt private quasi-government entity, and restore the responsibility for monetary policy to congress.

this is the first of many demands to follow

we will continue to make clear our demands which will restore honesty and rationality to our country!
