Government workers should not have independent medical coverage, but Medicare. If they elect to have more, that is their option. Fairness for all.

I did not "single out" Obama's family. He did when he proposed a universal health care for all citizens. My proposal is that in fairness to the American citizen, government and federal workers health care should not be different than those of it's common citizens, unless they elect to pay of their own accord for private health coverage.

So why do you single out Obama's family in your title when every member of government from each branch elected or appointed gets the same benefit? How about government officials? No elected official is singularly responsible for the state of affairs, although some clearly are more culpable than others. While Obama is imperfect, I see the majority of the problems have been Levi aged over the last few decades, rather than during his term, and he has faced an organized opposition based on who he is, rather than on his ideas which tend to be center right, with the exception of health care and taxes.

Medicare has clear limits, however a different program for government workers that does not support private industry could be established. However, some will point out that this would hurt private health insurance, to which many in the legislative branch are beholden.

Did you not type your own title, or did some magic computer elf do that for you?

Well said but it will never happen. Not unless the 99% exercise their constitutional right to form a new government for the people and by the people.
