Forum Post: Obama is powerless over Congress or the Senate MY ASS!

Have any of you read the exact letter of every executive order he's written and signed into law? It would seem he can do any damned thing he wants to do.

I see no reason why he can't write an executive order eliminating at least 1000 tax loopholes, incentives and subsidies. Oh that's right, the wealthy are strictly in the business to profit greatly from the never ending wars of which the people shall remain forever enslaved to pay it's price.
