His campaign was financed by wall street banks. He appointed many wall street insiders to his cabinet. He extended the patriot act. He has amped up the illegal wars we were already in and started a new one(Libya). He uses drones to assassinate people in sovereign countries without presenting any evidence against them. His administration has used the phony "national security" excuse to deny us information. I see no difference between him and bush. He campaigned on change but never defined that change. Wake up.
Obama should quit:

Your right as a progressive I am ashamed that he has allowed these act to continue that is why we must hold him accountable.
Defend our country from a made up threat because the official story of 911 is a lie
You are misrepresenting President Bush's agenda. He sought to be fair to taxpayers by cutting taxes. He sought to defend our country. He sought to be faithful to Americans' values.
And he is a good man. A good man, quite a concept for persons who think it's "free speech" to try to provoke the police in New York and slander and defame bankers whom they've never met.
"And he is a good man."---Seriously? You know him? I am not saying he is not, but he did have the PATRIOT ACT ready to go, one month after 911. It's awfully complex to come up with in a month...Kinda like the HC bill. THEY ARE ALL PUPPETS!
"If sonorous banality and armour-plated hypocrisy are the hallmarks of this Presidential style, that does not make it less functional for the task of servicing and repairing the imperial institutions over which Obama and Clinton now preside. Nothing grated more on international opinion than the lack of requisite unction with which Bush and Cheney all too often went about their business, exposing allies and audiences otherwise well-disposed towards American leadership to inconvenient truths they would have preferred not to hear. Historically, the model for the current variant of imperial Presidency has been Woodrow Wilson, no less pious a Christian, whose every second word was peace, democracy or self-determination, while his armies invaded Mexico, occupied Haiti and attacked Russia, and his treaties handed one colony after another to his partners in war. Obama is a hand-me-down version of the same, without even Fourteen Points to betray. But cant still goes a long way to satisfy those who yearn for it, as the award to Obama of what García Márquez once called the Nobel Prize for War has graphically shown. After lying enough to voters—promising peace and delivering war—Wilson was re-elected to a second term, though it did not end well for him. In more combative times, Johnson was forced to step down in ignominy for his warmongering, without being able to gull the electors again. Twelve years later, a debacle in Tehran helped sink Carter. If the recent setbacks for Democrats in West Virginia and New Jersey—where Democratic voters stayed at home—become a pattern, Obama could be a third one-term President, abandoned by his supporters and mocked by those he tries so hard to conciliate."
An excellent article by Tariq Ali making this point. From January-February of 2010:

AGREED! I voted for Paul in 2008 during the primaries, didn't vote in the general.
oh clever, i saw that blabber on the news too :P stop focusing on an individual. this protest is to the system.
The system is an abstract concept, you have to make individual cases against people and organizations. Just raging against the "system" isn't going to change a thing.
no you don't. if i approach you in a crowd with intent, people will look to you to see whats what, if i approach the crowd intent, all eyes are on me. we are animals, not iphones.
Couldn't vote for McCain, so I voted Obama. It is all good.
They are the same. It's not all good.
Yes it is. Obama is the greatest president we have ever had.
Nice try troll
Well explain to me why all of my 99% friends will vote for him again in 2012.
