Any one else having problems accessing the NYCGA site?

REALLY - What do you expect. This whole movement has become nothing but a national joke. OWS may have been well intentioned but the alligators are in charge and the swamp is not getting drained as planned.
They will probably shut this site down soon to. The starters of OWS don't like what is becoming.
