Federal bank regulators have proposed a rule that would place strong restrictions on the eight biggest banks in the country. The new rule requires these banks to maintain a larger buffer to cover any risky bets - which ensures that they don't gamble with our money. Federal bank regulators are requesting feedback from you, the public, on this proposed rule.
