I just saw this interview and its bothering me that the we are leaning towards universal healthcare, and raising taxes for the rich...what the hell are you guys doing?? we sound like Democrats and all we do is fulfill the will of those people we fight when we ask for free healthcare for all and a tax raise...all you do is keep the same corrupt system in play and actually speed up their agenda...i hope we dont spin out of control...this was great in the beginning http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7aOrLU226aM&feature=feedu

Last time I checked, the American public wanted both universal health care and higher taxes for the rich.

Why is this a problem for you?

[-] -1 points by xposingfalsehoods (39) 12 years ago

it doesnt matter what the american public wants..what that is is democracy, and we are not democratic. we dont conduct ourselves with mob rule..its not about what the group wants its about the right of the individual. if you raise taxes you keep the IRS and FED in power and thats what we need to get rid of, and healthcare is not a right. I dont have the right to someone elses service on the back of other americans hard work. this is all socialist agendas.

Then you are suggesting Wallstreet, Heritage, and such are socialist mobs?

They're just the mob you side with.

Then there's that wonderful entity that's often backed by the same, libertarian folks that brought you all those front groups, think tanks, and other coercive organizations.

It writes laws for republicans too stupid to write their own.

Libertarians are a rather slimy lot.

More so when they hide behind other political parties.

You say healthcare is not a right then I would like you for one day witness several people who have been seriously hurt with wounds gushing with blood and are denied treatment since they cannot pay for it. Then come back here and tell us that healthcare is not a right!

no one will ever be left to die. but now that we have a monopoly of the healthcare industry they over charge for insurance. but if it was left to private competition then less people will lack health coverage and those who dont have will be taken care of and create a payment option..its simple

Stupid, weak minded and ignorant individuals, including the Entertainment media confuses a democratic movement with the democratic party. These are the same folks that are unable o differentiate between being angry at their spouse and hating their spouse. Those that can't differentiate between thoughts and actions, can't differentiate between their rights and the rights of others.. The list is long of what these folks have trouble with.

EVERYONE I talk to is blaming OWS on the "libs"..........

Now how do you propose FREE healthcare???????

[-] 1 points by kestrel (274) 13 years ago

Always was and always will be a democratic movement for the purposes of reelecting the president... I've known that since spring of 2011... .didn't you?

[-] 1 points by xposingfalsehoods (39) 12 years ago

An article 5 convention is the only way to take these issues on. With the manipulation and creation of false economies, then collapsing them, nothing else has authority. Occupy congress in constructive notice on their last 100 years of constitutional violation for NOT calling a convention to propose amendments like the constitution calles for.

Sorry, you're now whatever SEIU, MoveOn, the DNC, Van Jones, et. al., want you to be to serve their purposes.

you cant control who joins the group its about how it moves forward, and in the beginning i never sensed any political siding but i just dont like that last few things ive been seeing on the news...i might go down and protest the protest lol

This thing was a Dem/liberal movement from the start. While many who jumped on the bandwagon didn't see it at first, they are beginning to see the truth. This is why the public is turning away from OWS.

im close to turning away and im upset that my participation helped blow this movement up

What turns me off is the blatant lies that this is supposed to be some sort of bipartisan movement against corruption, but reading through the forum here, it becomes obvious that this is anything but bipartisan.
