Every time I hear a reporter talk about our "leaders" in Washington, I cringe. I wish we had leaders there, then maybe things would get done. Instead, we have followers, particularly republicans who signed "the pledge" not to raise taxes on wealthy people. They do not lead because they don't think for themselves. And they aren't doing their jobs and representing their constituents.
We need mass recall campaigns to recall any Congressperson who has signed the pledge. Their constituents need to get active and recall them to put actual leaders in their places. That is the way to break the roadblock.

Grovers pledge was nothing more than idiotic politics as usual. The fact that the left is too weak to go at him for this, or the right is too weak to call it what it is, just shows how weak they really are.
Leaders dont excell in this system. They are cast out. Thats why we up with end up with Boehner, Reid, Pelosi, and McConnel as the ones that are "in charge"... Pathetic.
