People criticize OWS for having no specific goal.

We should state a goal: a constitutional convention to eliminate private and corporate donations and gifts to politicians, guarantee privacy, impose term limits, eliminate the electoral college and guarantee every citizen adequate food, housing, medical care and education through college.

it has been nearly 300 years since the constitution was written. It is time. This is not the democratic nation envisioned, and even if it were, it is wrong. It is no longer a democracy. One man-one vote is dead. It is now one billion, one vote.

The 1% has very clearly set our goal for us: survival. We have yet, after all, to "Occupy Wall Street" the very name of our movement. Surviving, thriving, growing, Occupying Wall Street, or even Zuccotti Square over night will give us plenty to do. After we are successful at that we can think about what next. By that that time we should be ready for a constitutional convention that call for, not the elimination of corporate donations, but the elimination of corporations. As they have very clearly declared war on us, it doesn't strike me that anything less than unconditional surrender is in our interest.
