as section 1031 (a) and (b) state: (a) In General.--Congress affirms that the authority of the President to use all necessary and appropriate force pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40) includes the authority for the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons (as defined in subsection (b)) pending disposition under the law of war. (b) Covered Persons.--A covered person under this section is any person as follows: (1) A person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks. (2) A person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces
Well done Obama you got congress to give you the power to go after the right people responsible for 9/11. You have the power are you going to use it?

History has never seen such corporatocracy, that is why I say debtors. When wars end overseas, they move them to US soil. The war machine already uses prison slave labor. Plus there has been a rise in jailing debtors. The people you listed already strike me as those most likely to have tax or bill payment issues.

Obama said he was going to veto the original bill which did not have language in it to pertain to American citizens, he said it didn't go far enough to provide him with the power to truly protect our country, so the bill was then edited and the language that was put into the bill actually made it pertain to U.S citizens.
He will use the power, that is why he wanted that language added to it. DO NOT GIVE UP OCCUPY! DO NOT BE AFRAID! FIGHT THE FASCISM! YOU ARE OUR ONLY HOPE LEFT!!!!
Actually Obama said he will veto the bill and congres will not have the 2/3 vote to override it.
