This mom with 15 kids a typical 47 percenter (single person who pays no income taxes). She expects US to pay HER bills. "Somebody needs to be accountable. Somebody needs to pay for ALL my children." - Yeah. You. Not my neighbors. Not us. YOU.

This woman is either mentally ill or she has the wrong thinking about who should support her children. Either way these children should be taken from her and she should have her tubes tied.
I have come to the conclusion of so what.
so what if she recieves help, does the fact she is milking the system mean we scrap the system?
Also being that her children are American citizens, I don't mind if my tax dollars feed them. I can think of a lot worse ways to spend the money. and hope you feel the same way, unless you think fellow Americans should starve?

Raise the corporate tax to 90% after 2 million dollars. Done. (Of course then they will pack-up and move to Europe or China or India.)
I don't blame the children. I blame a system that REWARDS a mother for failing to keep her legs closed by giving her cash.
China has a 1 child policy. Maybe we should have a system where only the first child is paid by the government; anything beyond that is your own responsibility. It would discourage baby factories like this lady.

Furthermore, The Chinese in the present 'People's Republic of China' have over millennia, via a rather idiosyncratic "evolving social contract" establish a societal modus operadi through their age old 'System of Mandarin Bureaucracy' (current iteration - The Chinese Communist Party) a way of 'trying to regulate' their Society utilising a 'Meritocratic Bureaucracy' and Central Planning methodology. They can display a sense of collective solidarity honed over time based not so much on politics or economy but on 'science, society and sociology', which we in the west don't really understand or ... remember ! They have written records going back over 4000 years !! Need I say more ?

This story pales to insignificance when we consider the demands of Banksters (otherwise known as Wall Streeters, bankers, and their minions) that the citizens (and others) of all nations should bail them out with our hard earned tax dollars, to the tune of trillions of dollars stolen from the human race.

My solution is to stop handing-out free money that encourages women to have babies. Maybe we should have a system where only the first child is paid by the government, so as to discourage women like this lady from having baby-after-baby-after-baby.
If the children deserve to be fed, get medical care, decent educations, that's going to cost someone money.

I'm not going to downplay the seriousness of this woman's actions. Because I agree with you about this woman's lack of personal responsibility. She needs to take the help being offered and try to turn her situation around. It's good to see the community trying to help her, while equally disappointing that she doesn't appear to show any gratitude about it or demonstrate any social responsibility to her community. This woman has bitten off more than she can chew, nonetheless, she is still a human being. I think she needs some serious professional counseling to help her realize how to be more responsible. While I agree with this particular case, I will respectfully disagree with the larger issues of poverty and their causes. There has been a decline in opportunity and education. It isn't always that easy to pull yourself up out of poverty as people make it out to be. We need better social programs that help prevent cases like this from becoming reality. Peace.

But of course someone else has to pay. Heaven forbid she should keep her legs closed. Just keep pumping out babies from dead beat dads and then we need to pay for it?
This is what happens when you setup a society that rewards bad behavior. People think they are "entitled" to swipe money from their neighbors' wallets.
