This is reality you assholes! "Section 1031 as allowing for the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without a trial or hearing, and Section 1032 requires that detentions authorized by Section 1031 be by the armed forces in the case of non-citizens."
I'm 68 years old and watching a bunch of idiots trying to protest away their shackles. Its a fuck'in war but the people on this forum don't know it yet. Half of them want to sing Kumbayah and the other half are trolls and naysayers who couldn't find their assholes with both hands. They might notice when the national guard is parked on the interstates. . Mainly they don't want pain. Well I have news for them. There is no way to win a war without pain. What to do? The options are few...but one almost non violent method would be to surround The United States Capitol Building with a couple of million people and don't let the assholes out until demands have been met. Fuck the cops and the guards....sit on top of them...they can't stop a million people. Rush the sons of bitches and don't stop.

It's comes down to this...either we surround the capital and take our government back or we become slaves. All other posts on this forum mean nothing compared to the assault on the constitution. the assembly is defunct, without purpose, and ineffective. good luck. what he's suggesting would not likely be assault--as that requires proof of "intent to injure" it may make things more difficult for them, but it's not "intent to injure," it may border on careless disregard. however, without real action, it's very clear to me, nothing will change.
To clarify, I'm referring to the National General Assembly put forth in the 99% Declaration which you just said " this movement needs to get back onto the 99% declaration". Now you are saying this assembly is defunct, without purpose and ineffective? or some other assembly.
As for legal hair splitting, it's kinda misplaced isn't it given that we're here talking about life in an NDAA world? Wouldn't that mean that if not assault it would likely be something that puts you behind bars at the end of the day?

thought you were talking about the general assembly that many refer to as congress (aka, national assembly)--my misperception. i'd advise something like the 99% declaration,,,, it's not perfect but better. assault, i prefer not to do such a thing, but i can be more vicious than they can be.., i'll leave it at that. it's not hair splitting, but true, and legally correct. many can get to DC on a greyhound for $50-$100--that is a worth while way to spend that $300k.

As for the $300K, if you're referring to the donated money that the NYCGA seems to think belongs to them, the way things are going I am expecting they'll decide, on consensus of course, that they commission a fucking statue for Liberty Park. That money should be funding the NGA and given to the 876 elected representatives to decide what to do with it.

I did 3 tours with the 101st Airborne. My third tour was cut short at 5 months. I am a soldier. I always will be. Today I am the manager for a company that represents the ideals of a lost era. We stand by our work till the end and are professionals in every regard. would rather die than stand by while innocent civilians of this country are denied their basic rights. Like heat in the winter for example. Our country's government is run by big business. I just filed bankruptcy. I work 60-65 hours a week and I have to keep my thermostat set at 50 degrees most of the day. Just got a cord of wood delivered and its not seasoned. I may have to skip other utilities to buy more oil. Oh and by the way I paid extra for the wood because the ad said it was "well" seasoned. It's not. That means a number of things will transpire now. First and foremost, I must heat my house so I'm burning the wood anyway even though it puts out only about 25% of the heat that seasoned wood does. Secondly, it means that I must now spend hours and hours cutting the wood smaller for more heat effiencey. Third: Now I'm pissed that i just got frauded from an ad in the penny saver and I'm even more pissed that I had to cut wood that has already been cut. I have two sons, ages 3 and 1. You bastard. Fourth: No worries, he shall be punished accordingly. How do I know this u ask??? Because I back up my words with action.
