OWS , might be secretly founded by a terrorist organization.
well given the current state of affairs and that my government no longer represents me I guess corporations who I guess now my pretty much are the government would view citizens of America who oppose them as terrorists (certainly we are a threat to their operation and plans to take over our democracy). So whether or not we citizens are terrorists really depends on who is doing the labeling ... WHY do you ask?? Is Wall Street finally afraid?

friendlyO? really? are your 561 other post up to this same caliber? if so and you are not one of "them" maybe you should be "honest w/ them" cause here you seem like a dishonorable actor. of this we need less.

Before this discussion can continue further, the initially posted words have to be teased out:
"OWS, might be secretly FOUNDED by a terrorist organization."
People are reading this as "funded" - which then might be true if there were organizations rich enough to contribute monetarily.
That OWS was FOUNDED by a terrorist organization strikes me as rather unlikely, given its "leaderless" (naive anarchist) origins.
Please discuss this issue before continuing with interpreting the word as "funded" as the latter interpretation means little, unless the funding organization(s) can somehow control OWS behavior!

You mean like the USA government is behind this just to lure out the wackos?
Please develop that thought. Is this mere paranoia? What does it mean? What would it mean? What terrorist organization? Could you be specific? What would it mean if OWS were "secretly" funded by such an organization, whatever that means? How would or could that possibly affect the behavior of OWS? Do you have any notion of how the decision making process of OWS works? How in the world could a terrorist organization influence that decision making process, especially if its only connection was through "secret" funding. True enough, OWS book keeping has been pretty sloppy. Nevertheless, for all its shortcomings it is considerably more transparent than any corporate enterprise one would care to mention and its pretty clear that most of its funding is coming from ordinary supporters of limited means. I do suspect that various elements of the Democratic Party have probably contributed significant sums to OWS in an effort to draw it into more conventional politics, so far, fortunately, without much success, but that can hardly be characterized as a terrorist organization.
There is so much hate for America.
It is indisputable that there is unfortunately a lot of hate in America, which accounts for all the conservative paranoia that exists here, but your rather glib assertion that you fear that OWS is founded by some terrorist organization strikes me as yet another expression of precisely that hate, insecurity and paranoia.
We have to consider all possibilities.
You seem to be very fond of extremely short and rather glib statements that don't amount to much. So what if we consider all possiblilities? I don't even know what it means that OWS might be secretly funded by a terrorist organization, what it means to be a terrorist organization or what posssible consequence that could have on OWS as a movement. Do you have any capacity to articulate your ideas or are you simply as hateful, fearful and paranoid as all that hate in America that you point to. Have you ever been to any OWS encampment? I've been to half a dozen and there is less hate in them than any where I have ever seen in America.
